EVENT INSTRUCTIONS

👉Upon arrival, it is mandatory to have a valid College ID card.

👉Bus facilities will be available from 8:00 A.M. at Perundurai Bus Stand on 15th March 2024.After the event, buses will be available for the return journey to Perundurai
‍
👉Registered participants are required to report to the event venue between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM on March 15.
‍
👉Certificates and prizes will be awarded to the top scorers based on the criteria decided by the judges. Decision of judges shall be final and it will be binding to all.

👉Registration Fees include Kit,Lunch,Certificate,ect..

👉Certificates and Cash Prizes are provided at the end of the event.

👉Participation certificates will also be provided.

👉Read all the instructions for the events individually before registering.

👉Pre-event schedules will be communicated to participants through a designated WhatsApp group.

REGISTERATION STEPS

👉Individual registration is compulsory for all participants. After individual registration and payment, we will verify your payment and issue your event ID. Individual registration button is below.

👉Register for specific events using the individual event registration link provided on the website.

👉For CSI members, upload your CSI ID card or a letter from your college CSI coordinator.
‍
👉All participants must complete online registration, and the registration will remain open until 11:59 PM on March 10, 2024.

👉Registration Fees : Rs. 100/- for CSI members and Rs.200/- for Non - CSI members
‍
👉In the case of team events, only one registration is required for the entire team after all the members have obtained their IDs through payment verification.
